Choosing the type of the timer
There are three types of timer
available. The selection is cyclic
through the Timer/Reloj button,
following the sequence on the left.
1. Only Timer: when the countdown
ends, it only emits the notication.
Maximum timer: 5 hours
2. Dorador timer (grill): when the
countdown ends, it emits the
notication and turn off automatically
the grill. Note that to turn on the
grill, the timer needs to be set too.
For safety reasons, this grill timer
limit is only 20 minutes.
3. Horno timer (oven): when the
countdown ends, it emits the
notication and turn off automatically
the oven, cutting the gas feeding.
Note that to turn on the oven, the
timer does not need to be set.
Maximum timer: 3 hours
Setting Only Timer and getting started
Once it is enabled to be set, the
displays shows:
It blinks constantly every second while
it is not conrmed. To configure the
time, press . Touch (+) to
increase and (-) to decrease it.
A single touch on each button
increases/decreases one minute.
Holding it, the variation is bigger: Each
half second holding the button, it
varies 10 minutes accelerated on the
timer. Any attempt of exceeding the
time range, the interface should emit
the beep 3. During the edition, Inicio
/Cancela button should blink, ,when
timer is no longer 0:00.

It is only possible to have one type
of timer running at the time. For
example, if Only Timer is running,
Dorador (Grill) and Horno (Oven)
timer can not be selected and
initiated.

Once the timer is ready to go, press
Inicio/Cancela button to run the timer
and start the countdown. (:) should not
be blinking and beep 4 is buzzed
when confirmed. Note that once it is
running, the first digit of the display
has its respective segment blinking. It
should blink once in each second.
While timer is running:
To cancel it, press Inicio/Cancela
(Start/Cancel) to return to Default
Mode.
To enable the timer edition again, just
press timer button.
Time-out for edition: If the user does
not interact with the timer within 30
seconds, it is canceled, returning to
default mode.
Note: if the type of the timer is
changed during the edition, the
interface should keep the time already
inserted without returning to 0:00,
except values higher than 20 minutes
for grill that are automatically reduced
to its maximum.
Setting Dorador (Grill) Timer and
getting started
The Dorador timer edition follows the
same procedures described on Only
Timer Procedure. However, to happen
a correct grilling operation, it demands
that its knob or button to be rotated or
pressed and combined with timer.
Once countdown is over or cancelled,
the Grill stops automatically.
