Preparing coffee using the preset
timer
NOTE
► To brew coffee using the timer, the
clock must be set as described in the
section Setting the time (page 24).
Programming the preset time
Press the button (24) and hold it
down for approx. 3 seconds. The power
indicator (25) starts flashing.
Use the button (32) and
ton (33) to set the desired start time.
For brewing coffee with coffee powder:
Also press the button (27) as
long as the power indicator
continues to flash. The power indicator
(26) lights up.
Fill the water tank with water and the
filter bag with coffee powder.
Brewing coffee with coffee beans:
Make sure that the power indicator
(26) does not light up. If neces-
sary, press the

Set the number of cups, the strength of
the coffee and the grinding fineness.

Terminate the programming process.

Insert a new, empty filter bag.
Press the button (24) again
to activate the timer function. You
can also wait until the power indica-
tor (25) stops flashing in order
to press the button (24). The
power indicator (25) lights up
continuously and the timer function is
activated.
In order to stop the timer, press one of
the following buttons:
