Precautions
DO NOT leave donor unobserved during sample taking.

DO NOT use the Collection Swab or Test Cartridge after the expiry date printed on the pouch label.
n
DO NOT open the foil pouch until ready to test.
n
DO NOT use the kit if the Collection Swab or Test Cartridge, or their packaging has been damaged, marked or is wet.
n
DO NOT use the Test Cartridge if the silica gel pack within the foil pouch is green, the crystals should be yellow.
n
DO NOT use the Test Cartridge if the silica gel pack within the foil pouch is missing or has burst.
n
DO NOT ingest the silica gel pack or the liquid contained within the sample buffer bottle.
n
Handle all specimens as if they were potentially infectious. It is advisable to wear protective gloves throughout the
n
sample collection and testing process.
DO NOT allow the donor to chew or suck the Collection Swab.
n
DO NOT place the Collection Swab in the mouth after it has been in contact with the run buffer solution.
n
Unreasonable force during sampling may cause Collection Swab shaft to break.
n
Handle the Collection Swab by the plastic stem only.
n
DO NOT touch the membrane of the test strips.
n
The Test Cartridge and Collection Swab are designed for single use only and should be discarded in accordance with

local or national regulations.
