If the failure occurs while the tools is in operation, the wheel manufacturer and
the tool manufacturer should be notified promptly.
Maintenance
Rust protection and internal cleaning
Water in the compressed air, dust and wear particles cause rust and sticking of
vanes, valves etc.
This can be solved by lubricating with oil (a few drops), running the machine
for 5-10 seconds and wiping off excess oil with a cloth. Do this before longer
standstills.
Lubrication
The machine is fitted with an angle gear which is lubricated with a semi-fluid
grease to ensure good wear resistance. The grease should be refilled after about
1000 running hours.
Clean the grease nipple before refilling.
For accurate lubricating properties – use Urethyn GE00 semi-fluid type grease.
The requisite amount of grease is max. 17 cm
10 ml/ 1000 running hours. Grease gun will give 0.25 ml/ push.
Do not use ball bearing grease or chassis grease.
Excessive grease fill will result in high temperature. Excessive grease can be
drained through plug hole.

Use lubricants of good quality. The oils and greases listed in the lubrication ta-
ble are examples of lubricants that can be recommended.
