If using cone-shaped QS..-... plug connectors:
Warning
S Make sure that the connecting threads
are not screwed in fully.
Otherwise the thread will be damaged.
S
Screw the connectors into the ports with two layers of sealing tape as follows:
– at first by hand
– then two turns more with a suitable tool.
For closing non-required valve locations:
S Use blind plates 3 (see Fig. 1) of type CPE-...-PRSB.

Clean the CPE...-PRS... when required with the cleaning agents specified.
– water or soap suds (max. 60 °C)
– petroleum ether (free of aromatic compounds).

Dismantling and repairs

In order to dismantle the CPE valves:
S
Exhaust the CPE...-PRS...
S Pull the valve slide 2 outwards one notch.
Observe here the minimum distance between the valve slide and the mounting
surface of the connector 1.
