ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this
unit Take the unit out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are
there Fig.1:
(E9) Monitor; (A) Main body; (E3)
Handlebar; (D1) Saddle; (C) Rear
stabiliser bar with adjustable feet; (B)
Front stabiliser bar with wheels; (IL)
Left pedal; (IR) Right pedal; (B5) Slot
head bolt ; (B8) Washer; (E4) Screw;
(E8) Monitor support; (E5) Cap; (E14)
Knob; (B9) Nut; wrench.
1. Position the machine's rear stand
on the rear stabilizer bar (C), as
shown in Fig.2, insert the bolts (B5),
the nuts (B9) and the washers (B8),
and then tighten securely.
2. Position the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (B) with the wheels facing
forwards, as shown in Fig.2, insert the
bolts (B5), the nuts (B9) and the
washers (B8), and tighten securely.
3.- ATTACHING THE SADDLE.-
Fit the saddle bracket (D1), onto the
saddle tube (D2), fit the saddle into
position and tighten the nuts on the
bracket securely.Fig. 3.

Loosen the saddle post adjustment
knob slightly by turning it anticlockwise,
move
the
saddle
comfortable for doing exercise and then
tighten the adjustment knob securely
by turning it clockwise.
Stay within the references without
going beyond the "STOP" mark.

4.- FITTING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the
pedals must be followed to the letter,
fitting these incorrectly could damage
the screw thread on either the pedal or
the crank.
Right and left refer to the position that
the user adopts when sitting on the
saddle to do the exercises.
The right-hand pedal (IR), marked with
the letter (R), screws onto the right-
hand crank, also marked with an (R),
in
a clockwise
securely, Fig.3.
The left-hand pedal (IL), marked with
the letter (L), screws onto the left-hand
crank, also marked with an (L), in an
anti-clockwise
securely, Fig.3.
5.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Position the handlebar (E3) on the
handlebar stem (B3), Fig.4 and tighten
with the knob (E14) and washer (E16),
but make sure that the handlebar is
aligned correctly before tightening the
screws securely. Connect cables (E2)
and (E15).
