We are not responsible for damages caused by lack of
maintenance and care even if they occur during the period of
guarantee. Damages caused by unauthorized or improper repair
work or installation of not genuine Melitta spare parts are also
not covered by this guarantee. All parts made of porcelain or
glass or wearing parts are also excluded from our guarantee
Wearing parts are: sealings, valves, faucets, heating resistors,
coat of lacquer, switches, and thermostates/thermo-regulators.
Guarantee damages will only be accepted after a written report
has been handed in by our aftersales service personnel and
reviewed by MSS or an inspection of the machines has taken
place in our works.
