Troubleshooting

SOLUTION
- Check that the headphones are connected correctly
- Check that all the jack connectors are inserted correctly, including
the power supply in the wall socket.
- Check that the audio cable is connected correctly to the TV or
other audio source
- Check the receiver volume setting.
- Check that the audio source volume level is suffi cient.
- Make sure that there are no obstacles blocking the line of sight
between the transmitter and the receiver.
Check that both the earpieces have been connected correctly.
The receiver battery is fl at. Replace the receiver on the transmitter
base in order to recharge it.
