WARNING !
SAFETY OF PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM.
Only this model of torch and its coupling with the current
source as shown on "TECHNICAL DA TA" ensure the
efficacy of the safety measures adopted by the constructor
60
(interblockage system).
- DO NOT USE torches and relative using parts for a
60
different purpose.
- DO NOT TRY TO COUPLE torches built for cutting
90
procedures or for welding to the source of current if they
are not described in these instructions.
35
- IF THESE RULES ARE NOT OBSERVED serious
dangers may occur both to the user and to the machine.
3.INSTALLATION
ASSEMBLAGE OF SEPARATE PARTS:
Take "SPL" plant from packing and proceed to sent the
wheels according to the following scheme:
Figure (B) wheel setting drawing
COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION
- Arrange a compressed air distribution line having the
following minimum features:
- SPL 60/3
Air pressure 5 bars; capacity 140 L/min.
- SPL 90/3 and SPL 150/3
Air pressure 5,5 bar; capacity 220 L/min.
WARNING !
Air with considerable quantities of humidity or oil may
cause an excessive wear of the parts or even damage
the torch.
If there are any doubts about the quality of compressed air
available, we advise to use an air dryer, to be installed above
the entry filter.
Connect, by means of a flexible piping, the compressed air
line to the machine, using one of the connectors included to
be set on the entry air filter, which is on the rear of the
machine.
Figure (C) compressed air connection
WARNING !
Do not exceed maximum entry pressure of 8 bars.
CONNECTION TO ELECTRIC LINE
