3.3.- Anomalies.
In the case of a breakdown or malfunction, check:
− Correct voltage of the machine.
− That the mains water and gas pressures are correct.
− The status of the fuses.
− The delimer must be regenerated periodically, following the manufacturer's instructions.
− If the door joint is dirty, steam will come out. Clean the door joint.
− If the drain is blocked, water is deposited in the cooking chamber. Clean by means of plug D
(Fig. 1).
− In the case of a breakdown, the electronic thermostat of the oven chamber 12 (Fig. 5) will
lock and the following message will appear on display 12 (Fig. 5) or on display 8 (Fig. 6):
0 Thermocouple cut.
1 NTC open.
2 0-270ºC selection potentiometer is faulty.
3 100ºC potentiometer is faulty.
− If the core probe temperature indicator 16 (Fig. 5) indicates 800 and a bell rings, this means
that that the core probe has been cut at some point.
− If the lower luminous button of the control panel 21 (Fig. 5), or 12 (Fig. 7) comes on and a
bell rings, the chamber burner ignition system is locked.
− If the luminous button 22 (Fig. 5) comes, the ignition system of the generator burner is faulty.
Failure modes of the electronic inverter T-083002:
1. One pulse of light in the red LED. Possible causes:
- PWM exit failure. (Motor reaches maximum velocity and control does not respond).
2. Two pulses of light in the red LED. Possible causes:
- CC-N=220V and GV-GV= only 5". (Ignition control blocked, flame not detected)).
3. Three pulses of light in the red LED. Possible causes:
-.The hall entry detects impulses below 100 R.P.M. (damaged motor)
4. Four pulses of red LED. Possible causes:
-. Motor does not reach maximum speed ±10% (5" sampling appears 2 or more times)
5 Five pulses of red LED. Possible causes:
-.Motor does not reach minimum speed ±10% (5" sampling appears 2 or more times)
6 Red LED constantly lit. Possible causes:
-.CC-N=220V and GV-GV not received after 5".(Ignition control damaged).
In all these case the repair service will resolve all these problems.
NOTE: When a repair is made, unblock the appliance by means of key 21 and 22 in HGV and
key 13 in HGC.
