How to use the tray cleaning cycle
TEKA Hydroclean® enamel's excellent proper-
ties mean that any traces of cooked food can
easily be removed from the trays. If stubborn
traces of baked-on food remain after normal
cleaning, follow these steps:
1. Place the tray that needs cleaning on the
middle shelf support
2. With the oven cold, slowly pour 250 ml of
water into the tray.
3. Select the TEKA Hydroclean® cleaning
function.
To clean the top part of the oven:
• Wait until the oven is cold.
• Push the rod of the grill element (A) with
both hands until releasing it from the upper
fastening point.
• Twist the element and clean the top part of
the oven:
• Finally, return the grill element to its original
position.

IMPORTANT
Teka Hydroclean enamel is designed to be clean-
ed using the automatic cleaning cycle incor-
porated into the oven. Other cleaning methods
can damage the enamel. In particular, the use
of anti-scale products can seriously damage
the properties of the enamel.
It is not advisable to clean trays with
Hydroclean Teka enamel in the dishwasher. If
they require a thorough cleaning, use a mild
detergent.
Some foods such as tomatoes, vinegar and
salt-crusted roasts can change the appear-
ance of the enamel surface. This is normal.
