5.1

In case of problems

If a problem occurs please check first whether this
is caused by the telephone unit or the telephone
line by connecting the KB 22 to another line., if
unit is switched to a private exchange.
In case of further problems please contact your
local service.

Declaration of conformity

We, Avaya GmbH & Co. KG, herewith declare,
that this analogue Terminal KB22 fulfils the basic
the requirements in accordance with the EC
regulation 1999/5/EU (Radio and
Telecommunication Terminal Equipment, R&TTE).
This unit is intended for connections to analogue
ports of Avaya private exchange systems (PABX)
and fulfils the basic the requirements in
accordance with the EC regulation 1999/5/EU
(Radio and Telecommunication Terminal
Equipment, R&TTE).
Due to the differences in public telecommunication
networks of different states and network providers
this conformance with the mentioned EC guidelines
is not an absolute guarantee for successful
operation of the device on every network
termination.
At the present we are not aware of any
telecommunication network on which this unit can
not be operated.
The manufacturer does not provide a guarantee
for successful operation for features which are not
covered by the regulation (TBR 21) approved by
the decision 1999/303/EC.
In every case of problems please contact your
local dealer or service partner.
