A good solution is to apply the following to the blast output:
1- The steam output coupling (optional accessory for supply
with the oven).
2- A standard hood and conduit, as normally installed for
BUTANE gas water heaters, with discharge to the outside
or through a chimney (Ø 80 mm)
3- Drain (Ø 25/34 mm).
