6.2. Joining two ovens steam outles

Whenever an oven is mounted on top of another oven, a good
solution is to couple the steam output of the two with a single
output through the rear, using a K5-K5 coupling.
1 - K5-K5 Coupling accessory (optional).
2 - A standard hood and conduit, as normally installed for
BUTANE gas water heaters, with discharge to the outside
or through a chimney (Ø 80 mm).
3 - Wastewater run-off (Ø 25/34 mm).
