SENSOR CHECK
SENOR CHECK OPERATION
DO NOT REMOVE THE CARTRIDGES
DURING A SENSOR CHECK.
1. Disconnect air supply.
2. Press the "Menu" button.
3. Select "Sensors".
4. You will need: Zero Air: 08-460,
Control Air (select depending on type of
sensor being checked). Calibration Kit:
08-450
5. Ensure you are wearing proper P.P.E.
and are in a well ventilated area.
6. Agree to disable the alarms.
7. Select Control Gas type.
8. Connect gas and open the valve.
9. Start the test.
10. Test pass or fail.
11. Close the valve and disconnect the Air.
12. Connect Zero Air and open the valve.
13. Close the valve and disconnect the Zero
Air.
14. If the sensor failed, remove it from the
unit and replace it with a new cartridge.
15. Reconnect to the air supply to resume
regular operation.
