The C10 electronic key is a short range controller for
BIPTRONIC armoured doors models T20 (semiautomatic) and
T30 (automatic).
The opening door and external alarm system on/off commands
are transmitted magnetically to the door lock on pressing one of
the key's three buttons. When a button is pressed the key emits
a short "beep". The key is powered by a lithium battery with a
lifetime of over 3 years.
MAXIMUM SECURITY
Each C10 has three-button
electronic key features and
a unique security code
which is not used for other
keys, and over 4 billion code
combinations are possible.
SAFETY OFF (C10 electronic key)
Pressing one of the three buttons, the key will transmit its signals
for 10 seconds and will then automatically deactivate to avoid
premature exhaustion of the batteries due to one of the keys being
inadvertently held down for a long period.
NB: When the system is installed, the C10 key activates the entire
BIPTRONIC installation. Make sure to keep your keys in a
safe, secure location for maximum security.
- In case of key or personal card loss, replace all the keys
purchasing a new set of keys and new system codes from a
GARDESA authorised retailer (see chapter "REPLACING THE
CI 0 ELECTRONIC KEYS").
- In case of key breakage, request a substitute key from your
GARDESA authorised retailer. You must supply a functioning
key (for copying) and the personal card with your code.
