the roller base
C
Stand in front of the support plate. Pull
and tilt the support base together with
the stand towards the front and use the
handle to place the support plate on the
level surface of the floor.
Turn the rollers (12) with the locking
brakes to face outwards and correct the
position of the base's legs so that both the
handle (11) of the support plate (10) as
well as the legs of the base onto which the
rollers with the locking brakes are found,
lay firmly on the floor.
D
Now firmly tighten the Allen screw in
the center below the base with the large
Allen wrench (13) until the cone holder
has completely settled and the limit stop
can be clearly felt. The support plate is
now optimally aligned with the base and
fixed in place.
Place the mounted stand upright and set
the brake to prevent the base from rolling.
Turn the display unit at the upper part of
the pole to the upright position. When
turning the display, make sure not to
damage the cables.
Take the pump unit out of carton 3
(small). Place the pump unit centered on
the support plate so that the rear panel of
the pump unit is in contact with the rear
bracket (1) of the support plate.
Connect the data cable extending from
the stand – below the support plate –
with the socket at the rear of the pump
unit.
Take the power cable out of the carton
and connect it with the power socket
found at the rear of the pump unit and
with a grounded safety wall socket. The
power cable should hang centered to the
opening of the bag deflector.
Insert
an
equipotential
underneath through the opening of the
support plate and connect the line to the
plug at the rear of the pump unit. Clamp
the equipotential cable with the cable clip
underneath the support plate. Make
absolutely sure that the cable does not
come in contact with the center pole of
the weighing unit or the weighing unit
itself because this could cause balancing
errors.
