MAINTENANCE

14.1. All our sets are subjected to strict testing of both the electrical and the hydraulic part.
It is unusual for malfunctions to occur, unless due to external or completely accidental causes.
14.2. Below is a table with some suggestions on REGULATING THE PUMP in the event of irregularities in operation.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. No water.
2. Pump not deep enough.
3. Rotation speed too low.
4. Coupling left out during mounting.
5. Starting key missing from head shaft.
6. Wrong choice of type of pump.
1. Drive head not properly fixed.
2. Pump not vertical.
3. One or more of the column pipe sections are
not properly fixed.
4. One bearing support left out or not
equipped with its rubber bearing.
5. Too low capacity.
1. Speed too high.
2. Faulty adjustment of end play.
3. Characteristics of pump wrongly calculated.
1. Faulty lubrication (too much, too little,
wrong quality of oil used).
2. Wrong regulation of the delivery of water
for cooling.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. Lack of water in well.
2. Too low speed.
3. Gate valve blocked.
4. Sand accumulated in the suction pipe or in
the pump.

1. Wrong regulation of the delivery of water

used or wrong type of oil).

column pipe are worn.

3. Check overgear ratio and driving speed
4. If any coupling remains, dismantle pump
and place in its correct position
