7- USE AND OPERATI ON
7.2– FIRST COMMISSIONING
ONLY THE AUTHORIZED OPERATORS FOR THE USE AND MAINTENANCE CAN PERFORM THE
FIRST STARTUP, IGNITION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE OVEN.
THE STARTUP OF THE OVEN CAN BE PERFORMED ONLY AFTER THE INSTALLATION IS COM-
PLETE, WITH THE ISSUE BY THE AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS OF THE STATEMENT OF COMPLI-
ANCE FOR THE ELECTRIC CONNECTION.
The first startup must be performed proceeding as follows:
1) Clean the front part of the oven with a dry and soft cloth to remove any residue;
2) Connect the cable of power supply to the inlet of power supply;
3) Place the main switch of the cutoff device in pos."I";
Electromechanic model
4) Place the main switch of the oven (FIG.7-Ref.3) in pos."I.
5) Activate the operation of the resistances bringing the thermostats (FIG.7-Ref.2) at the temperature of
150 °C indicated on the knob;
6) Leave the oven operating for about 1 h;
7) Deactivate the operation of the resistances bringing the thermostats (FIG.7-Ref.2) in pos. "0";
The related green lights go OFF;
8) Open the door of the oven for 15 min about in order to let any vapor or smell evacuate;
9) Close again the door and repeat the operation described on item 5) bringing the thermostats (FIG.7-
Ref.2) at the temperature of 400 °C indicated on the knob;
10) Leave the oven operating for about 1 h;
11) Deactivate the operation of the resistances bringing the thermostats (FIG.7-Ref.2) in pos. "0"; and re-
peat the operation described on item 8)
12) Switch OFF the oven as described on the par.7.4.
Digital model
4) Press the pushbutton n° 1 (FIG.7/A) .
5) Activate the operation of the resistances of the ceiling pressing the pushbutton of ceiling temperature
( FIG.7/A ref.4) and through the pushbuttons 8 or 9 reach the temperature of 150 °indicated on
the display; repeat the operation pressing the pushbutton of base temperature( FIG.7/A ref.5)
6) Leave operating the oven for about 1 h;
7) Deactivate the operation of the resistances pressing the pushbutton 1;
8) Open the door of the oven for about 15 min in order to let any vapor or smell evacuate;
9) Close again the door and repeat the operation described on item 5) setting the temperature of 400 °C
indicated on the display;
10) Leave operating the oven for about 1 h;
11) Repeat the operation described on item 7) and 8)
12) Switch OFF the oven as described on the par.7.4.
7.3- IGNITION OF THE OVEN
1) Connect the plug of the cable of power supply to the inlet of power supply;
2) Place the main switch of the cutoff device in pos."I";
Electromechanic model
The related warning lights signaling the operation of the resistors in use will switch on;
4) Once the oven has reached the wished temperature (see point 9) of this paragraph), visible on the ther-
mometer (FIG. 7-Ref. 4), it is possible to insert the pizza in the oven for the backing;
5) Open the oven door (FIG. 3-Ref. 3) manually using the suitable handles (FIG. 3-Ref. 1);
