Inserting or replacing the batteries
The Clima Manager is powered by two alkali-
ne batteries (type AA 1.5 V LR6). If the display
shows the text "replace batteries", replace
the batteries. Remove the Clima Manager
from its location and open the fl ap on the
rear part of the appliance, pressing gently
with a screwdriver. Place the batteries in the
relevant compartment, observing the pola-
rities indicated on the appliance itself; if this
procedure is carried out within two minutes
it will not be necessary to reset the time and
date on the appliance.
Code allocation
In order to operate correctly, the wireless
Clima Manager must "assign" its own code
to a receiver, connected to the boiler, which
"learns" the code transmitted and transforms
the signal from the wireless Clima Manager
into commands for the boiler. To perform
the code allocation process, move the Clima
Manager so that it is close to the receiver and
proceed as follows:
- Connect the receiver to the BUS interface
P.C.B. and follow the instructions given in
the accompanying kit.
- Press and hold the "learning" button on the
receiver; the red LED on the left-hand side
will remain lit in a fi xed manner. The recei-
ver is now ready to receive the signal.
- The Clima Manager display will show "Ra-
dio Communication"; press the connect
button.
- Wait for all the LEDs on the receiver to
switch off (this indicates that the signal
has been received).
