Connect the motor to the correct power supply that corresponds with the information on the model
plate.
Caution
Never pull the power supply cable and prevent damage to the cable.
The system is now ready for use.

During use
6.3.1
Operate the pump
•
Keep the "ON" button (Fig. 3/4) pressed to run the pump.
•
Release the "ON" button to stop the pump. The pressure in the system will be maintained.
•
Press the "OFF" button (Fig. 3/4) to open the pressure relief valve to depressurize the system.
6.3.2
Change a tool
•
Disconnect the hose from the tool in use. Refer to chapter 5.3.
•
Connect the hose to the other tool. Refer to chapter 5.2
6.4
After use
6.4.1
Shut down and disconnect
•
Stop the pump and depressurize the system.
•
Disconnect the hydraulic hose(s) from the tool and the pump. Refer to chapter 5.3.
•
Disconnect the power cord.
6.4.2
Inspection
•
Check the pump for completeness, oil leaks and damage. Do not use the pump if it leaks or is
damaged and contact the Holmatro dealer.
•
Check the level of the hydraulic oil in the tank, and add oil if necessary.
•
Check the electric cable and the connecting plug for damage. Do not use the pump if the electric
cable is damaged and contact the Holmatro dealer.
•
Wind the electric cable around the electric motor.
6.4.3
Cleaning and storage
•
Clean the pump and any accessories before storage.
•
Clean the hydraulic couplers. Ensure that the dust caps are fitted.
•
Ensure that the pump cannot tilt or fall over during transport. This may result in leakage of hydraulic
oil.
•
Dry the unit if it was used in wet conditions. Apply a thin coat of preservative oil to the external steel
parts.
•
Store the unit horizontally in a dry and well-ventilated area.
