General Safety Standards
for Power Generators
Power Management
WARNING • Power generators produce
dangerous voltage. Failure to insulate the generator from
other power installations will hurt or kill third parties using
power devices due to an electric shock.
WARNING • Do not handle the generator or
power cables while standing on water, barefoot or with
wet hands and / or feet. Water increases the risk of
electric shock.
• The generator shall not be connected

to other power sources like those from the utility services.
In an emergency and when is strictly necessary to connect
to these power sources only a qualified electrician may
assemble the connection considering the differences
between the power supply and the generator technical
specifications.
CAUTION • Protection against electric shock
depends on the circuit breakers homogenization. When
circuit breakers need to be replaced go to a

Before Operating the Generator

could spill out or sand, dust or water could enter into the
machine.
• Do not connect any devices when the generator is off.

While Operating the Generator
