TOOLS NEEDED:
HERRAMIENTAS NECESARIAS:
STEP 1
► LIFTING PEDAL ASSEMBLING
Put bolt # 33 joining pedal # 3 2 with the inyector piston # 29. Use a
hammer. Place the friction washer in bolt # 33. Use a screw driver.
Compress piston # 29 with the pedal # 32, and place the arm pedal #37
in the base grove # 1.
Insert the tapping bolt of the pedal arm # 39 in the base # 1. Use a screw
driver.
MONTAJE DEL PEDAL DE ASCENSO
►
Coiocar el pasador Nro. 33 uniendo el pedal Nro. 32 con el piston inyec
tor Nro. 29, con la ayuda de un martillo. Coiocar la arandela de friccion
y chaveta partida en el pasador Nro. 33, utiHzando un destorniUador.
Comprimir el piston Nro, 29 con el pedal Nro. 32 y coiocar ef brazo pedal
Nro. 37 en la ranura de la base Nro. 1.
Introducir el perno roscado de brazo de pedal Nro. 39 en la base Nro. 1,
utilizando un destorniUador.
STEP 2
► LEGS ASSEMBLING
Fix legs # 3 to the base # 1 with the bolts # 10, and its
washers # 1 1. Use fluting fix key 9/16".
MONTAJE DE PATAS
►
Fijar las patas Nro. 3 a la base Nro. 1 mediants ios bulones Nro. 10 y
sus correspondientes arandelas Nro. 11, utilizar Have fija estriada de 9 /1 6 "
STEP 3 ^
CROSS ASSEMBLING
Fix the cross # 103 to the table # 100 with the bolts # 111 and washers
#112. Use fluting fix key 9/16".
Insert links # '106/107 in each cross end # 103 with the smaller part out.
MONTAJE DE LA CRUZ
Fijar la cruz Nro. 103 a la mesa Nro. 100 con los bulones Nro. 111 y aran
delas 112, utilizando Have fija estriada 9/16".
Insertar las correderas Nro. 106/107 en cada extremo de la cruz Nro. 103
con la parte men or haciaafuera.
STEP 4 -
► LOADING STOPPER CHANGE
Before using the unit vou
the perforated one # 5 3 /1 . Use fluting fix key 9/16".
CAMBIO DEL TAPONDECARGA
►
Antes de utilizar la unidad
Nro. 53 por el tapon de carga perforado Nro. 53/1, utilizar la Have fija
estriada 9/16".
