you take to pieces some functional kit, you must fix correctly the
respective* parts,

you take to pieces the body o f lowering needle #13 or the inyector

26 clean them very well, and put a hydraulic seal for tappings.

In case you have to refill the unit w ith hydraulic oil use Esso Nuto H32,
Shell Tel!us 37 or other w ith the same specifications.
Volumen needed is about half gallon.
SOLUTION
Clean and lubricate axle of
rotating base # 8.
Replace the part.
Fit fixing bolts #4.
Clean and lubricate parts #30;
# 33 ; and #34.
Replace parts. # 66 and # 77.
Drive several times the lifting
pedal
# 1 2
till the trouble
disappear.
Pump till the trouble disappear
or to take to
pieces inyector
pump k it #-26 and clean the
nucleous o f valves very well.
Dismantle the inyector pump
k it # 26 and replace the nu
cleous o f valves# 23.
Replace the oil considering the
total charge of it is 0.074 FT 3.
Replace damage inner hydraulic
seals.
Replace the cylinder gasket #54
Lubricate the followings parts:
0*ring
# 6 5 ; nut # 66; 0 -ring
# 76; Busch-box # 77; O-ring
# 78 ; Nut #79.
Replace the element.

de las piezas correspondientes.

Si Ud. desarma el ctierpo de aguja descenso Nro. 13 o bomba inyectora
Nro. 26. verificar at realizar el montaje la timpieza y cotocacidn de un sello
hidraulico para roscas.

Si debe reporter el aceite hid riulico utilice ESSO Nuto H32 o Shell Tellus
37, u otro con iguales especificac/ones. E l volumen de aceite aproximado
es de 2.1 litros.
