5.1. Front panel
1) Off/Run-Idle/Run/Start switch: Allows the operator to turn the machine on/off, start
the engine and adjust the engine for a permanent (RUN position) in maximum
rotation or economical rotation (RUN / IDLE).
2) Operating hour counter: shows the number of hours that the generator works.
The operating hour counter should be used to monitor the periodic maintenance
to be carried out in the engine.
3) Fuel level gauge: shows the amount of fuel in the tank.
4) Arc Force potentiometer - its adjustment alters the short circuit current, the arc
penetration. The adjustment of ARC FORCE potentiometer in the low part of the scale
provides smaller values of the short circuit current and more stable arc. The
adjustment on the upper part of the scale increases the short circuit value and the
penetration.
5) Thermal overload trip indicator: when on shows that the equipment is overheated.
6) Choke lever: helps start the engine.
7) Welding current potentiometer: regulates the welding current.
8) Circuit breaker for single phase power outlet.
9) Single phase power outlet 220VAC: allows the power loads 11 amps.
10) Three phase power outlet 380VAC: allows the power loads 11 amps.
11) Circuit breaker for three phase power outlet.
12) Negative terminal: to connect the work clamp.
13) Positive terminal: to connect the electrode holder.
