• The level of water in the heating chamber cannot exceed the maximum level („MAX") marked on the wall
of the device's chamber.
• Do not turn the device on until the entire heating chamber is covered by GN containers.
• The device heats up during operation. It is necessary to exercise caution in order to avoid the possibility of
burns during contact with both the surface of the device and the water in the chamber. After the device is
turned off, its temperature drops slowly. Prior to transport or any maintenance operations it is necessary
to make sure that the temperature of the device dropped to a safe level.
• Before draining the water from the chamber make sure that the elbow pipe was screwed into the drain
tap (Fig. 9, Item 2 and Item 4) in accordance with the manual, and that the water temperature dropped
to a safe level.
• The device should not be washed under running water.
• Any repairs may only be performed by a qualified technical personnel (technical service).

4. INSTALLATION
• After unpacking, check whether the device has any visible damage. If the device was damaged during
transport it should not be connected!
• Before first use, please remove the protective film from the device. Wash the outer surfaces of the device
with a cloth soaked in hot water with the addition of a degreasing agent and then dry them. Do not use
abrasive cleaning agents which could scratch the surface.
• The Bain Marie should be placed on a countertop or a stable and leveled base (it is recommended to use
the bases produced by Stalgast Radom Sp. z.o.o.).
CAUTION! It is prohibited to switch the device on while the bowl is empty and to pour cold water
when the contents of the bowl are hot, as this will cause irreversible and sudden damage to the
bottom of the bowl.
Conditions for connection to the electrical installation:
• Check whether the voltage in the power supply network is consistent with the voltage indicated on the
nameplate of the device (Fig. 6, Item 3)
• In order to connect the device to the power supply network it is necessary to connect the power cable to
the terminal box located on the back side of the device (Fig. 6, Item 2). The power cord with plug is
NOT part of the kit and must be purchased.
• The device must be connected to an installation equalizing electrical potentials using the equipotential
