4.1 MOUNTING HANDLEBAR
Due packaging volume, the HALCON models leave the factory with the handle removed. The handlebar can be fold and
once assembled, can be stored easily. Adjustable height adapting to the preferences of each user. To mount the
handlebars and let the machine operating, proceed as follows:

Setting the handlebar to the body of the machine. Be placed on the destined support

Setting blade control blades. Place the machine on a flat surface to level the blades. Turn

4.2 ASSEMBLY OF HANDLEBARS FOR MACHINES WITH ELECTRICAL MOTOR
In this version of the POWER TROWELS HALCON, the handlebar is the same as for the
machines with petrol engine. The only difference is that it is equipped with the appropriate electrical and
wire material for the motor type that in addition incorporates a switch intake socket. It is assembled as
described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of point 4.1 and afterwards wires are installed as follow:
1 Assembly of the jockey pulley wire. This wire (A, Fig. 9) acts over the pulley that tightens the driving
belt. To install remove transmission guard P, Fig.8, thread the terminal B in Fig.9 at the base C, Fig.9
incorporated in the machine. Hosting the end of the wire D, Fig.9 in the proper spring E, Fig.9. It must be
such that the handlebar lever down the strap is stretched (the blades rotate) and the lever releases the
strap is slack (the blades do not rotate).
2 Connecting the power cord to the engine. Connect the output wire sockets to the engine terminal box.
Insert the flaps from the terminal box in the right place according to the voltage, 400 or 230 Volts. Match the sticker's
voltage indicator that incorporates the machine with the position of the flaps that we have decided.
The electrical wire is passed under the metal strap that is at the top of the tail of the gearbox which serves for
fixing the handlebar.
4.3 MOUNTING THE AUXILIARY RESERVOIR
Halcon models may include a water tank D, Fig.10 in order to moisten if necessary the concrete surface in
which it is working.

The nut is tighten until the wire is stretched and it appears that the blades begin to
tilt.The wire terminal is square at the end to facilitate their attachment key while
