To remove the right side cover
1. Remove the 5 screws and remove the side cover.
To remove the service hatch
1. Remove the 2 screws and lift off the service hatch.
To remove the cover plate
1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the cover plate.

To remove the transmission cover
1. Remove the 4 screws.
2. Lift and remove the transmission cover.

To replace the headlights

1. Remove the front cover of the steering column.
To remove and install the front cover of the

steering column on page 32 .
2. Remove the 3 screws of the headlights.
3. Remove the headlights.
4. Assemble in opposite sequence.
To replace a low and high beam lamp (P
525DX Cabin)
1. Remove the 4 screws that hold the lamp module and
lift it out.
2. Disconnect the cables from the broken lamp.
