6.1 CU 301 with Grundfos GO Remote
Grundfos GO Remote is used for wireless infrared
communication with CU 301. During communication,
there must be visual contact between CU 301 and
Grundfos GO Remote.

Grundfos GO Remote offers the possibility of setting
and status displays for CU 301.
When the communication between Grundfos GO
Remote and CU 301 is established, the red indicator
light (A) in the on/off button flashes.

unit.
The menu structure for Grundfos GO Remote and
CU 301 is divided into three main menus, each
containing a number of displays.

6.2 Status
The "Status" menu in Grundfos GO Remote for CU
301 offers the possibility of reading operating
parameters.
6.2.1 Controlled from
This display shows the control source:

Read the value measured by sensor 1 in this display.

6.2.3 Motor temperature
The actual temperature of the motor electronics
stated in °C or °F.
6.2.4 Motor speed
The actual speed stated in rpm.
6.2.5 Power consumption
Read the actual power consumption in this display.
6.2.6 Energy consumption
You can read the total energy consumption in this
display.
6.2.7 Operating hours
The value of operating hours is accumulated from
the pump's initial startup and it cannot be reset.
The value is stored in the motor electronics, and it is
kept even if CU 301 is replaced.
6.2.8 Number of starts
The value of number of starts is accumulated from
the pump's initial startup and it cannot be reset.
The value is stored in the motor electronics, and it is
kept even if CU 301 is replaced.
6.3 Settings
The "Settings" menu in Grundfos GO Remote for CU
301 offers the possibility of setting operating
parameters.
6.3.1 Operating mode
Select one of the following operating modes:
•
Max.
Pump operation is set to maximum speed,
regardless of the setpoint. The maximum speed
is set in the display
default value is 10,700 rpm).
•
Normal
Normal operating mode, meaning that pump
operation is based on the setpoint set in display
