Portable Mode
Remove the scanner from the stand but do
not press the trigger switch. Present (or
sweep) the scanner to the bar code using the
front scan window.

of the hand
with the thumb
positioned on

ger switch.
Lift the scan-
ner from the
stand and posi-
tion the scanner
over the prod-
uct to be

Presentation Scanning
Face the bar code toward the center of the
front scanner window. Move the product
with the bar code towards the scanner.
