Anexo A9.1. TEST DE FUGAS EN EL FILTRO DE
IMPULSIÓN

1. OBJETIVO
Demostrar la no existencia de fugas en los filtros
absolutos de impulsión.
2. ALCANCE
Bio II Advance
3. HERRAMIENTAS
Generador de aerosol frío o caliente.
Aceite de ATI PAO-4, Shell Ondina 15 o Emery
3004.
Fotómetro (ATI 2H).
4. METODOLOGÍA
Introducir humo mediante el generador en la zona
de trabajo (Figura 1)
Poner en marcha el fotómetro y ajustarlo para
las medidas de acuerdo con las instrucciones
del fabricante (Figura 2)

Con la boquilla de la sonda aproximadamente a
2,5 cm de la superficie, escanear la parte
inferior de los filtros HEPA, incluyendo el
perímetro del filtro, pasando la sonda del
fotómetro sobre la superficie entera.

2. SCOPE

3. TOOLS
Aerosol generator (cool or hot).
ATI PAO-4, Shell Ondina 917 fluid or Emery
3004 oils.
Photometer (ATI 2H).
4. METHODOLOGY
Introduce fume by the generator in the working
area (Figure 1)
Turn on the photometer and adjust it for
measurements
manufacturer's instructions (Figure 2)
