During the heating process the motor smoke is monitored, in the event that its speed
decreases, below a minimum speed, the heater goes in error due to malfunction of
the engine fume extraction and passes directly, in cooling mode at maximum speed.
This drawback can also be due to the ash, deposited in the flue or lack of scheduled
maintenance.
Error 10 / Over temperature alarm
The board temperature is monitored and, if it exceeds 70, for more than 3 minutes,
the stove switches to cooling mode due to overheating.
Error 11 / Min water pressure alarm
This kind of error occurs when the pressure in the hydraulic plant drops below 1 Bar.
Causes are: possible presence of air in the system, water shortage, possible leak in
the circuit. Contact the service center.
Error 12 / Max water Pressure Alarm
This kind of error occurs when the water pressure exceeds 2.5 bar. Causes are: pos-
sible presence of air in the system, low water circulation, safety zone missing. Possible
failure of the circulation pump .
Error 13 / Water Thermostat Alarm
In case of excessive overheating of the water temperature a safety device activates
to lock the main power. This type of alarm is generated by the safety thermostat H
(see page 16, point G). In this case, in order to switch on the stove, it is necessary to
reset it by following the steps at page 17.
4.6 Water Pressure
The stove displays the water pressure in the system. The pressure ranges from a mini-
mum of 1 to a maximum of 2.5 bar. If the pressure drops below 1 bar the stove displays
the error "Min. Water pressure". If the pressure rises above 2.5 bar the stove displays
the error " Max Water pressure". In case the temperature reaches 3 bar, the safety valve
automatically opens.

6.0 Cleaning and maintenance
Before effecting any maintenance operation or cleaning on the stove, take the following
precautions:
• Be sure that all parts of the stove are cold.
• Be sure that the ashes are completely cold.
• Be sure that the general switch is in the "OFF" position.
• Be sure that the plug is pulled out of the socket to avoid accidental contact.
• Once the maintenance phase is completed check that everything is in order as per
before the intervention (the brazier is placed correctly).
Follow carefully the following cleaning instructions. Failure to follow
these instructions could create problems with the operation of the
stove.
6.1 How to clean the combustion chamber
When the stove is cold, please join the following procedure:
- operate 5-6 times the scrapers the heat exchange pipe pulling and pushing the two
levers located under the cover of the pellet tank.
- open the door and remove the brazier and the ash tray (Pict. 1).
- unscrew the screws of the panel (Pict. 2-3).
- move to the right and remove the panel (Pict. 4)
0
2
- clean the 3 interior compartments with a vacuum cleaner (Pict. 5)
- clean properly the cavity in the smoke flue situated inside at the top of the combustion
chamber (Pict. 6-7-8)
- reposition the panel carefully.
