ATTACHING
THE HANDLE
1. Removethehairpinclips from the handlebracketsand removethe
carriagescrewsand wingnuts from the lowerhandle.
a. Placethe bottomholesin lowerhandleoverthe pinson the
handlebracketsand securewith hairpinclips. See Figure2.
b. insert carriagescrewsthroughupperhole in lowerhandlefrom
the inside and securewith wingnuts.See Figure2.
2. a. Unfoldthe upperhandleuntil italignswith lowerhandle.Make
surethe rope guideis on the rightside of upperhandle.See
Figure3.
IMPORTANT: M akesurethe cables are routedoutsidethe lower
handle.Also, do not crimpthe cableswhile lifting up the handles.

b. Securethe two handlesbytighteningthe handle knobs(carriage
bolts mustbe seatedproperlyintothe handle).See Figure3.
Pull thetwo cableties attachedto the cablestight approximately
8 inchesfrom eachcableend and placethe cables intothe cable
guide.
Loosenthe wingnut that securesthe rope guideto the rightsideof
upperhandle.
a. Pull the starterropeout of the engineslowly.See Figure4.
b. Slip the starterropeinto the ropeguide.Tightenthe wingnut.
