For Safe takeaway infant carrier / Pram Use:
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• FALL HAZARD - To help prevent falls, DO NOT use in takeaway infant carrier / pram mode
when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees. Child's movement can slide
takeaway infant carrier. NEVER place takeaway infant carrier near edges of counter tops,
tables, or other elevated surfaces.
• Suffocation Hazard: takeaway infant carrier can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate
child. NEVER place takeaway infant carrier on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces.
• Strangulation Hazard: Child can strangle in loose restraint straps. NEVER leave child in
takeaway infant carrier when straps are loose or undone.
• Do not use the takeaway infant carrier if it is damaged or broken.
• Accidents can happen quickly, so check your child frequently.
• NEVER use near stairs or steps.
• NEVER use the takeaway infant carrier as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.
Other Things to Avoid
• DO NOT use around pets or other children without wheel locks on.
• DO NOT use in a motor vehicle.
• DO NOT use the pram with the wheels unlocked around stairs, steps or other children.
• DO NOT add additional strings or straps attached to takeaway infant carrier / pram.
• Check this stroller regularly before using it and do not use it if any parts are loose or
missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the
manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
How to Use this Stroller with Your infant car seat
• To use an infant car seat with this stroller, you must use the universal infant car
seat adapter included with this stroller. (Brand specific adapters are available, but sold
separately.)
