1 Determine Wall Plate Assembly Width
The VMPL3 wall plate extends from 686 mm (27 in.) to 1067 mm (42 in.). Measure the width between mounting holes on the back of your
TV. If the width is 635 mm (25 in.) or less, skip this step and proceed to step 2. If the width is greater than 635 mm (25 in.), complete steps
1-1 through 1-3.

Lay your TV face-down on a soft surface. Remove the nuts (N) and
washers (W) from the threaded studs (A) of the wall plate [01].
Lift the center plate (C) of the wall plate [01] up and away from
the back plates (B).

Set the back plates (B) evenly
over the mounting holes in
the back of your TV. Threaded
studs (A) should point out.
NOTE: Be sure the back
plates (B) do not protrude
from the sides of the TV.
Ideally, there should be 51
mm (2 in.) between the edges
of the back plates (B) and the
outer edges of your TV.
Gently set the center plate
(C) down evenly over the
threaded studs (A). Reattach
the nuts (N) and washers (W)
to the threaded studs (A).
CAUTION: To avoid
personal injury or property
damage, all four threaded
studs (A) must be securely
fastened to center plate (C).
