Disconnecting the power supply
The appliance must be disconnected from the mains supply during cleaning and maintenance:
remove the plug from the wall socket.
TROUBLESHOOTING
It may happen that the appliance does not function properly. Before calling the supplier, check
first whether the problem can be simply resolved with the help of the list below.
FAULTS
The compressor does not work
The compressor never stops
! Any work carried out on the appliance must be performed by the authorised service centre,
otherwise the warranty becomes void. After any work on the cooling unit, the technician must
check that the circuit is free from leaks.
! Short-term faults, such as power failure, will not affect the wines. When operating faults are
left unresolved for a long period, however, it can be detrimental to the wines.

POSSIBLE CAUSES/SOLUTIONS
• The plug is not connected to the wall socket or
insufficiently inserted to make contact, or else
there is no electrical power in the premises.
• The mains socket is not working (test it by con-
necting another electrical appliance).
• Contact the service centre.
