Enable the IR receiver
Verify rear IR terminal wiring
Call Lutron Technical Support to reset password
Solution
Verify the unit says "GRAFIK Eye
QS Wireless" on the front label.

Change wireless mode to "Enabled"
Remove devices or associate with a different unit
Verify wireless device is in range: 9 m through standard construction, 18 m line of sight)
Reassign wireless device to unit
Check wireless device's battery/power wiring
Change to correct wireless mode ("Ignore Programming" or "Enabled")
