CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify the supply voltage is ±10% of the nameplate rating. If the voltage is
incorrect, contact a licensed electrician or your power company.
Verify the correct rating/size fuse is used and in good condition.
Replace fuse with the correct rating/size. Check for loose, dirty or corroded
connections and resolve as necessary. Check for tripped circuit breaker or
GFCI and if found, investigate cause, resolve and reset. If problem persists,
contact a licensed electrician.
Inspect the power cord and motor lead to confirm continuity. Check for cuts
or damage. Replace as necessary with a new power cord and motor lead,
part #517329. Never attempt to tape or splice a cable or motor lead.
There is nothing to repair in the motor. If found to be non-functioning,
replace the motor.
Verify the supply voltage is ±10% of the nameplate rating. If the voltage
is incorrect, contact a licensed electrician or your power company.
Overloads are heat sensitive and can trip if a receptacle is exposed to an
excessive amount of ambient heat. Shade or move the control box away
from the heat source.
Inspect the power cord and motor lead to confirm continuity. Check for cuts or
damage. Replace as necessary with a new power cord and motor lead,
part #517329. Never attempt to tape or splice a cable or motor lead.
Verify the supply voltage is ±10% of the nameplate rating. If the voltage is
incorrect, contact a licensed electrician or your power company.
Debris can clog the inlet and reduce height and diameter of fountain.
Refer to Maintenance section for cleaning instructions.
Install new aerator tune-up kit or decorative fountain nozzle
adaptor assembly.
Inspect, clean, and remove any build-up on the motor. Clear any debris that is
blocking the flow of water across the motor, or through the pump head.
Verify the supply voltage is ±10% of the nameplate rating. If the voltage
falls outside this range (high or low), contact a licensed electrician or your
power company.
Verify wiring connections at control box are correct and securely installed.
Motor may be defective.
