Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries
and do not short-circuit and/or open any
batteries.
Never throw batteries into fire or water.
Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries.
If you do not observe these instructions, the
battery could be discharged beyond the cut-off
voltage. This poses a risk of leaking. If a bat-
tery has leaked, remove it from the appliance
immediately to avoid damage.
Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous
membranes. In the event of contact with bat-
tery acid, thoroughly flush the affected area
with clean water and seek immediate medical
attention.
Avoid extreme conditions and temperatures
which may affect batteries, e.g. on radiators.
Remove the battery from the device if it will not
be used for an extended period.
Only use the specified battery type!
When inserting the battery ensure the correct
polarity! This is shown in the battery compart-
ment.
If necessary, clean the battery and device
contacts before inserting the battery.
Promptly remove drained batteries from the
product.
Safe working
Do not leave the LED tape light or packaging
material lying about carelessly. The packaging
material presents a suffocation hazard and
there is a danger to life due to strangulation.
Install the light so that it is protected from dirt
and excessive heating.
Always be attentive! Always pay attention to
what you are doing and use common sense.
Never use the LED tape light if you are having
difficulty concentrating or do not feel well.
Before use, familiarise yourself with all the in-
structions and diagrams in these instructions, as
well as with the LED tape light itself.
In order to disconnect the LED strip completely
from the power supply, the mains plug must be
removed from the socket.
Start-up

Note: Ensure a socket is located in close proxim-
ity to the installation site.
