switch foot valve. Connec-
tions hirchmann for each
chemical –pH ClF. Two

4. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The central unit of the EQUAL Complet system is made
up of:
• A panel with 2 dosing pumps, rear-lit LCD screen, and
keyboard for regulating dosage parameters.
• A single 230 VAC 50 Hz 1A electric power point.
• General ON/OFF switch.
• BCN inlet connections for the following signals:
• Analogical inlets:
• pH with a range of 1-14 with precision of 0.01Two
values of 4 and 7 calibre for setting the probe.
• Redox: range 1-1000 mV with precision of 1mV. A
single 475 mV. calibrating point at 25ºC.
• The analogical inlets need to be insulated.
• Digital inlets:
• Level probes for monitoring containers of reactant.
• Flow sensor.
ATTENTION digital signals have a 5-second timing
delay before implementing any operation: level alarm, de-
activating the level alarm, alarm for insufficient flow, etc.
• It is not necessary to have a temperature probe.
• It is not necessary to have a data communication
interface (RS232).
• It is not necessary to have the time function, since the
instrument is always activated.
Dosing pumps
Electro-magnetic dosing pumps with membrane of the
ESPA EQUAL series, with 60 mm-diameter magnet
and 150 impulses per minute. Power head made out of
PP (polypropylene) and membranes made out of PTFE
(Teflon).
Regulation of the flow from 0 to 100% through variation of
the frequency of impulsion up to impulses per minute.
Two models:
• 5 l/h at a maximum pressure of up to 5 bar for pools
with a volume of up to 250 cubic metres.
• l/h at a maximum pressure of up to 4 bar for pools with
a volume of up to 500 cubic metres.
Control panel
The monitoring and control panel has a rear-lit LCD
screen with 16 characters arranged in two lines. It has a
continuous display of the readings of the instruments and
gives access to the programming MENU.
The entering and modification of values is possible
thanks to a keyboard with 4 keys: 2 arrows, F (function)
and ENTER.
The electronic card is made up of two PCS plates. The
connection between them is of the "flat" type.
