14. Hygiene Flushing

Hygiene flushing has been factory adjusted so that water flows for 10 s after a period
of 24 h of non-use.
The parameters for hygiene flushing can be set with the remote control (not
included, see Accessories
Intervals of 0, 8, 24, 48 or 72 hours can be set for hygiene flushing (0 = hygiene
flushing disabled). The flow duration can be set from 10 s to 60 s in 10 s increments.

14.1 Allow your hand to approach the sensor at a distance of about 10 cm for 3 seconds.
14.2 Between the 1st and the 2nd LED flash, move your hand away from the sensor.
• Hygiene flushing active: The LED flashes quickly 4 times.
• Hygiene flushing inactive: The LED flashes slowly 2 times.

14.3 Allow your hand to approach the sensor at a distance of about 10 cm for 3 seconds.
14.4 Between the 6th and 8th LED flash, remove your hand from the sensor detection
zone.
• LED does not flash.
14.5 After 3 to 10 seconds, allow your hand to approach the sensor again at a distance of
approx. 10 cm.
14.6 After the third LED flash, move your hand back out of the sensor detection range.
• The LED flashes quickly 4 times. Hygiene flushing is activated.
