Principle of measurement

By default, the thermoanemometer displays an average of
values measured over two seconds in order to stabilize
measurement.
For this reason, there is no display during the first two seconds
after the instument has been switched on ("AVG 2" blinks on
and off in the lower lefthand corner.).

3. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

HOLD
The Hold function makes it possible to freeze temperature and
wind velocity values on the screen.
When this function is selected, "H" appears on the screen and
all measurement is stopped.
To resume measuring, press the button again.
2.
"MIN/MAX" MODE
Press the "MAX" button to enter this mode. Once in this mode,
it is not possible to change units. This mode allows you to
record values during measurement :
Maximum values : MAX is displayed on the screen
Minimum values : MIN is displayed on the screen
Difference between max. and min. values : MAX - MIN
is displayed on the screen
Average of values : AVG is displayed on the screen
The values corresponding to wind velocity and temperature
are displayed.
To switch from one recorded measurement to another, press
the "MAX" button for two seconds.
«IMPORTANT» : When you exit this mode, all values are
deleted!

Measurement units
Temperatures are displayed either in °C or °F. To switch
temperature measurement units, change the position of the
switch.
The choice of unit for temperature measurement determines
the air velocity measurement units :
