4.1 Connecting the axis interface string
Please note
Comply with the instructions for the SPC200 given in
the User Manual as regards the maximum cable lengths
permitted for the axis interface string.
A maximum of two axis interfaces of any type can be con-
nected to one axis interface string. Use only the following
original cables for connecting the axis interface:
– type KSPC-AIF-1-WD-... for the first axis of the axis
interface string.
– type KVI-CP-...-... for the second axis of the axis inter-
face string.
If the axis interface to be connected is at the end of the
axis interface string, the type KABS-M9-R100 terminating
resistor is to be fitted to the OUT connection of the axis
interface.
