2.1.1 Potential improper use
The device is not suitable for cleaning 3D printed objects from outside of the dental field.
The following is considered as misuse of the system:

Non-compliance with the specified intended use, intended operator specifications or
intended environment
•
Modifications, maintenance and repairs without prior authorization by Ivoclar Vivadent
•
Operation with inappropriate parameters
•
Cleaning with non-approved cleaning materials
Improper use of the devices can lead to the following:
•
Danger for patients and operating personnel
•
Danger of fire or explosion
•
Impairment of the operability of the devices
•
Impairment of material properties and precision of printed objects
Ivoclar Vivadent assumes no liability for damage resulting from improper use.
Typical misapplications of the device to be avoided:
Improper use
Use of non-approved cleaning agents
Incorrect cleaning and disposal
Working with the device without protective
equipment
Carrying out cleaning work on slippery
floor
Operating the device whilst the lid is open
Blocking the self-closing lid with objects
Leaking or spilling cleaning material due to
the use of unsuitable canisters when
refilling cleaning agent
Transportation of the device with full
cleaning containers
Removing the cleaning container when it is
full
Filling the cleaning containers beyond the
maximum marked level
