10 Troubleshooting
DANGER
Risk of injury and machine damage when handled by unauthorised persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious injuries and damage to the device. The
product warranty will be rendered invalid if work is carried out on it by unauthorised persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel
(in Germany see TRBS 1203).
Please observe the attached 'Warranty' document. In the event of any doubts and/or problems, please contact your retailer
or the manufacturer.
NOTICE
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding components, such as the power source, welding torch
system, re-circulating cooling unit etc.

• Quantity of release agent set
incorrectly
• Suction hose clogged
• Empty release agent bottle
• Non-return valve incorrectly mounted,
not operational
• Robot (1) positioned incorrectly
• Incorrect rubber seal integrated
• Device cover loose
• Insufficient release agent set
• Too much release agent set
(formation of drops)
• Incorrect release agent used
Troubleshooting
• Check that all connecting lines are tight

• Clean suction line (11) and replace it if necessary
