10.FAULTS, CAUSES AND REMEDY
IR communication faults
No IR communication
Errors in the IR communication
Thermal printer faults
Pump data cannot be printed out
If the operating fault cannot be remedied, please contact the
trade or your nearest Salmson customer service or dealer.

11.SPARE PARTS

Spares are ordered via local contractor and/or Salmson cus-
tomer service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, please always indicate
all the data on the name plate when ordering.
Causes
Electronic pump not ready to communi-
cate, green LED not flashing.
Reduced IR transmission range through
ambient light, IR-Module is not aligned
directly with the pump.
Causes
Bluetooth interface at the PDA is not
switched on.
Printer is not switched on.
Printer is not set up for PDA.

Remedy
Terminate connection, recreate commu-
nication with function menu 1, "Communi-
cation"
Reduce the distance to the pump, align
the IR-Module with the pump selected.
Remedy
Switch on Bluetooth via Bluetooth man-
ager.
Switch on printer, green LED on printer on.
Set up the printer at the PDA, see function
menu 7, Print.
