8.3. Setting the code keyboard
The code keyboard has a master code with which you enter the system's programming mode.
When taking the system into use, the master code is 1 2 3 4 5.
To enter the code keyboard's programming mode, press MEM 1 2 3 4 5 R. You hear several
short beeps with intervals.
In programming mode, you can carry out the following actions:
1. Modifying the master code
The master code always consists of 5 digits. If you wish to change the master code from 1 2 3 4
5 to e.g. 5 6 5 6 7, press MEM 5 6 5 6 7 STO 5 6 5 6 7 R.
You hear 1 long beep in confirmation. If you hear three long beeps, the master code has not been
modified properly. In this case, please try again.
2. Programming an entrance code for a lock
The 100 valid acces codes are numbered from 00 to 99. Every entrance code can control 1 relay
output. When taking the system into use, the codes are not activated. Every entrance code consists
of 1 to 5 digits you can choose freely.
An example: if you wish to activate entrance code 01 on relay output 2 with code 9 8 7 6 5, enter
the following key combination: MEM 01 STO 2 STO 9 8 7 6 5 R.
If you enter the key combination MEM 9 8 7 6 5 R after programming, lock 2 is opened.
3. Erasing an entrance code for a lock
If you wish to deactivate e.g. entrance code 01, enter the following key combination: MEM 01
STO 0 R.
Press MEM R to exit programming mode. The programming mode is automatically exited if you
do not press any key for 20s.
8.4. Operation of the code keyboard
To control the code keyboard, enter the following key combination: MEM code R.
If you have entered the correct code, you hear a long beep in confirmation and the lock is acti-
vated.
