working normally and that the flow hasn't changed.

Winter setting

When you are wintering your pool system, you must:
• Turn pool heat pump off
• Close downstream and upstream valves of by-pass system.
• Drain the exchanger to prevent any risk of degradation by freezing.
For that, use the drain valve to put off all water of exchanger tank.
• Cover heat pump with water-proof cover

Water quality

Water quality must respect standards:
• Chlorine concentration minus than 2.5 ppm
• pH level 6.9 to 8
VERY IMPORTANT: the guarantee will be invalidated if chemical
concentration levels are not maintained within the limits mentioned.
Never make the injection of chemicals (chlorine, acid, etc.) directly in the basket
pump filters!

Heating

Pool heating is composed of two phases:
• Temperature increase phase at the start of pool utilization
• Temperature maintaining phase

Temperature increase

As soon as you wish to bring your swimming pool into service at the beginning of
the season, initially isolate your heat pump from the filtration circuit:
• Close downstream and upstream by-pass valves.
• Open setting valve.
• Then proceed through all the usual initial operations (filling, treatment,
washing of the filter..., and:
• Turn filtration pump on.
