1 Mount central connector to the wire feeder and secure it with the
connection nut.
2 Fasten the air-blast hose to the air-blast and spraying unit or the air-blast
valve. Seal the connection gas-tight if the "Cleaning with compressed air"
option is not used.
The control lead is open on the machine side. The customer has to provide the
connection of a suitable plug. If all data are provided, the cable assembly can
also be delivered ready-to-connect. Connect the connector by soldering as

NOTE
• The type and quantity of the shielding gas quantity depends on the
welding task and the gas nozzle geometry.
• To prevent the shielding gas supply from becoming clogged by
impurities, the cylinder valve must be opened briefly, before connecting
the cylinder. This will blow out any impurities that may be present.
• Make all shielding gas connections gas-tight.
1 Connect central connector to the feed unit.
2 Set the gas quantity on the pressure reducer.
