E1 The cuff is not secure.
E2 The cuff is too tight.
E3 The cuff pressure is in excess.
E10 or
E11 The monitor detected motion while
measuring.
E20 The measurement process does not detect
the pulse signal.
E21 The unit measured incorrectly.
EExx A calibration error occurred.
Meaning

Corrective Action

Re-apply the cuff and attempt new
measurement.
Re-apply the cuff and attempt new
measurement.
Relax for several minutes and attempt new
measurement.
Sit comfortable and remain still; attempt a
new measurement.
Re-apply the cuff and attempt new
measurement.
Relax for a moment and then measure
again.
Retake the measurement; if the problem
persists, contact Customer Care.
